Mangala Gauri is one of the nine Durga Shobshi. This katha is dedicated to Goddess Parvati. This Pooja is done for early marriage and getting a suitable life partner. Goddess Parvati did 'tapas' for several years to marry Lord Shiva. So worshipping her blesses with an ideal life partner. Mainly this is done for 16 or 20 Tuesdays. This vrat is dedicated to Goddess Parvati.

Worship procedure: Ganpati invocation mantra, Invocation mantras of all major deities, Dhyaan, Story of Parvati, Aarti of Parvati, Pushpaanjali, Prasadam.
