The Mata ka Chatar is hung above Deity idols and images or is kept on Pooja altars and wealth boxes as it is believed that it multiples wealth and prosperity. The traditional Mata ka Chatar is made in oxidized casted metal with gold finish and is decorated with green and red colored American diamonds.
